Delivery and Returns


All of our items are handmade to order. Items are normally despatched within 5 working days of ordering, though this is often sooner. We  post out by Royal Mail.

If you require your item urgently, please get in touch to see if we can prioritise your order for you. 

Returns and Refunds:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place it up until 14 days have passed from the day your goods were delivered to you. This does not apply to items that have been made especially for you, and that deviate from our standard designs, i.e. bespoke orders. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on these items, nether can we accept returns on items that have been personalised for you.

If your item develops a fault, please get in touch if your item is less than 12 months old, and we will arrange a replacement or a repair if this is due to a manufacturing fault on our part. We do not guarantee breakages through mis-use, for example, bent clasps, broken chains that have been snapped when caught, etc. 

We do offer a re-gold plating service for items that have been made by and purchased from us. Please get in touch with us for a quote.
